New 2024 Porsche Cayenne debuts at Shanghai Auto Show

Porsche has announced updates for its 2024 Cayenne model range in the UK, including LED headlights as standard and a new front-end design for some models.

Porsche has announced the pricing for the 2024 Cayenne model range at The Shanghai Auto Show 2023. The entry-level Cayenne starts at £67,400, while the Coupe starts at £70,300, £76,800 for the S models and £80,800 for the E-Hybrid.

The 2024 Cayenne range includes a range of updates and improvements over the previous model. The Cayenne and Cayenne Coupe models both feature a new front-end design, while the GTS and Turbo S E-Hybrid models get unique styling touches. All models now come with LED headlights as standard, and the infotainment system has been updated with new features and a larger touchscreen display.

Under the bonnet, the Cayenne and Cayenne Coupe models are powered by a turbocharged 3.0-litre V6 engine that produces 335 bhp and 450 Nm of torque. The Cayenne S features a twin-turbocharged 2.9-litre V6 engine that produces 434 bhp and 550 Nm of torque. The GTS gets a more powerful version of the same engine, producing 454 bhp and 620 Nm of torque. The range-topping Turbo S E-Hybrid Coupe combines a 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine with an electric motor to produce 671 bhp and 900 Nm of torque.

All models come with an eight-speed automatic gearbox and all-wheel drive as standard. The Cayenne and Cayenne Coupe models can accelerate from 0-60 mph in 5.9 seconds, while the Cayenne S can do it in 4.6 seconds. The GTS can do it in 4.2 seconds, and the Turbo S E-Hybrid Coupe is the quickest of the bunch, with a 0-60 mph time of just 3.2 seconds.

The 2024 Cayenne range is available to order now in the UK, with deliveries expected to begin later this year.
