Lamborghini Revuelto has already sold out for two years

Lamborghini's £500,000 Aventador successor has already been sold out for the next two years, just months after its release.

Italian luxury and sports car maker, Lamborghini, has announced that their new hybrid hypercar, the Revuelto, has already sold out for the next two years.

According to Top Gear, Lamborghini sold more than 11,000 Aventadors - its most successful V12-engined model. It's successor, the Revuelto is looking to inherit this success as it has already sold out in just a few months since it's announcement.

It's no wonder this £500,000 hypercar has sold out, with its impressive V12 engine and a 48-volt electric motor, its combustion engine boasts an impressive 819bhp, at 9,250rpm, 525lb ft of torque which accelerates it from 0-60mph in less than a lightning-fast 2.5 seconds. The three electric motors accelerates the Revuelto's power to 1,001 Brake Horsepower (bhp). And with a top speed of 221mph, the Revuelto sets a new bar of excellence.

It also demonstrates Lamborghini's unwavering commitment to innovation, as the car includes unique features such as regenerative braking, which enables energy recovery when braking or releasing the accelerator, and engine-stop function, shutting down the engine when decelerating or stopping at a stillstand. As the demand for the hybrid and electric car continues to rise in the luxury sports car segment, this announcement proves that Lamborghini is at the forefront of meeting the expectations of its exclusive customer base.
