Toyota unveil its 2024, re-designed Land Cruiser

Toyota have updated the Land Cruiser with a boxy retro design

Toyota have updated their popular off-road SUV, the Land Cruiser.

It has been completely re-designed into a more boxy form, compared to the more rounded design of the outgoing model it replaces, while also taking inspiration from a Land Cruiser FJ62 from the 1980s.

The Land Cruiser is equipped with the latest technology, including a large infotainment screen, automatic climate control and a range of safety features. The interior is also spacious and comfortable, offering enough room to accommodate up to eight passengers. This excellent car is perfect for those who want to embark on road trips or family adventures, thanks to its capacity and robust off-road performance.

The new Land Cruiser is powered by a 2.8-litre turbodiesel engine, capable of producing 201bhp and is paired with an 8-speed automatic gearbox and will be able to tow up to 3,500kg.

The new 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser is available in the US at $55,000. UK and European customers will be able to order theirs in the fourth quarter of this year and deliveries are expected early next year. It isn’t known how much UK customers will have to pay for the new Land Cruiser, but it is expected to cost around £45,000.
