Porsche unveils its Special Edition 911 Sally Carrera based on the character from the Pixar franchise Cars
Porsche has turned a Pixar character into a real car.
Porsche has revealed a one-off version of its 911 Carrera based on Sally Carrera from the Pixar film franchise: Cars.
The German luxury sports car manufacture announced the special edition car via Twitter on Friday, August 12th.
"Say hello to the 911 Sally Special, inspired by Sally Carrera, the beloved 2002 Porsche 911 from @Pixar's movie Cars." Tweeted Porsche.
"The one-ff car will be auctioned by RM Sotheby's on Saturday, 20 August 2022 as part of Monterey Car Week in California. Auction proceeds will be donated to two charities. A portion of the proceeds will benefit young women through a donation to Girls Inc. The second portion will go to USA for UNHCR, an organisation that supports refugees from Ukraine." Says Porsche.
